With Digital Issuance1 , you can begin using your First consumer or HSA debit card right away, while waiting for your physical card to arrive in the mail.

What you need to know:

  • When you request a new debit card, First Financial Bank will send a text link with instructions on activating your digital card via
    digital issuance. You can also access your digital card in CardGuard1.
  • The text link will be valid for 21 days, or until the user accesses their card in CardGuard, which is available any time in First
    Mobile and online banking.
  • Once you have added your digital card to digital wallet, there’s no need to add your physical card details3.
  • Our digital card is secure by design. We take advanced security measures to protect your card. We can digital issue you a new
    card anytime your physical card is lost or stolen.
